Daniela Villasmil, M.S.

Daniela is passionate about advocating for a more equitable early childhood system. She brings to the Alliance experience in early childhood policy research, program evaluation, coalition building, and communications.

Before joining the Alliance, Daniela was the Northern Region Outreach and Engagement Coordinator for The Children’s Movement of Florida. In her previous role, she advocated at the state level on behalf of local community partners focused on birth to five issues. She has extensive experience in building broad support for early childhood initiatives across sectors. She was instrumental in leading The Movement’s Bosses for Babies initiative and worked with business and chamber leaders statewide.

Daniela has a bachelor’s degree in public policy and a master’s degree in education policy and evaluation from Florida State University.
